Assistance with going Bankrupt
The ideal service if you have decided to go bankrupt and want help and support throughout the process.
We charge a one off upfront fee for this service. Our charges are as follows:
Single person Bankruptcy Application: £750
Couple Bankruptcy Application: £900
An increase to the standard fees may be charged if you require a more in depth assistance. This may be the case if you are self employed, a home owner or are currently residing outside of the UK.
In addition to our fee, the standard Government bankruptcy application fee will also apply.
Self Employed Bankruptcy
A specialist bankruptcy assistance service tailored for self employed people.
In addition to our standard assistance service, you receive advice about how to run your business while bankrupt and assistance with your three line accounts forecasts required by the Official Receiver.
We charge a one off upfront fee for this service. Our charges are as follows:
Single person Bankruptcy Application: £1000
Note: An increase to the standard fees may be charged if you require a more in depth assistance. This will be the case if you are a home owner or are currently residing outside of the UK.
In addition to our fee, you will also have to pay the Government bankruptcy application fee.
Switch from IVA to Bankruptcy
If you have decided to stop your IVA and go bankrupt, this service is designed for you.
We charge a one off upfront fee for this service. Our charges are as follows:
Single person Bankruptcy Application: £750
Couple Bankruptcy Application: £900

Support if already Bankrupt
This service is made for you if you are already bankrupt or likely to be made bankrupt.
Assistance with your dealings with the Official Receiver including completing your PIQB booklet and preparing you for your interview with the Official Receiver.

Other Services
